Production timelines provided in quotations are estimates based on normal circumstances. While we strive to meet all agreed-upon timelines, unforeseen circumstances (including material shortages, shipping delays, or force majeure events) may affect delivery dates.
Unless otherwise stated, products are delivered according to the agreed delivery terms. Customers are responsible for arranging their own logistics or can utilize our suggested shipping partners. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or upon placement of goods at the customer's designated location.
